Based on the response given in this thread, Microsoft's current position seems to be that, at least some of, our profiles were deleted due to a GDPR request and that they are irrecoverable. Your case may be different. If anyone with this issue is covered by GDPR or similar registration (UK GDPR for me). I can only suggest that you make a complaint to the relevant Microsoft DPO. Derek_Peterson like jadoooplayer I did not request that anything related to Learn be deleted. The only Microsoft resource that I have deleted in the time period was my Microsoft 365 Developer Program profile, in the expectation that might allow me to rejoin the Developer sandbox offer (an issue that is affecting many people and a matter of public record) If deleting a Microsoft 365 Developer Program profile does somehow show as a GDPR deletion request for a Learn profile then this is a very serious internal issue for Microsoft to address. If the Microsoft Developer Program profile is not the issue then the Learn system has either accepted: A non-authorised request to delete my profile An authorised request, presumably based on a sign-in which my Entra ID logs will show and which I expect Microsoft will be interested in helping me trace. In either case this is a GDPR issue for those affected who are covered by the GDPR or similar legislation (UK GDPR / DPA 2018 for me in the UK) and I believe that the next step would be a complaint to Microsoft through https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/concern/privacy If there is any data related to the GDPR request or my Learn profile, I request that Microsoft make their best efforts to preserve this for investigation. Hi Heike, I would love to have all the assessment tools deployed for the customers I support, but digital certificate assessment stands out as the most valuable to me today. As a troubleshooting tool it could have saved valuable hours this year. As a preventative measure, using the expiring soon setting, the troubleshooting would not even have been necessary.
