Outlook for Mac Sync Errors
Hi, I have been getting error messages every 2 minutes for quite a while now and I don't know how to resolve them. I called my ISP and they said these are Outlook errors, so I am hoping you can help: 1) Error code: -17193: "The total attachment size exceeds the limit. Try removing one or more attachments before saving or sending". I get this error for 2 emails that were sent some months ago, where a person sent us some documents that were quite large and we tried to forward them to someone. I can't find these emails to delete them to stop this error code. The message in the Sync Errors log gives us the message subject of the 2 emails. 2) Error code: -50 'The message could not be sent because it has unresolved recipients'.
