We are a small school with using teams (101 users) The problem is that I disabled the chat for students and I cannot enable it again. First I defined each student policy as Education (Primary school student) Then I went to Messaging policies and to Education_PrimaryStudent_Remote Learning I turned the chat option off The students could not access the chat I turned the chat option on Nothing happened I asked everyone (including me) to close and open the session. After several attempts nothing happened I reversed the individual student policy again, and nothing happens I cannot enable the chat option again. Any suggestions?660Views0likes0Comments
