Re: [Windows Server Insider Preview 17709] DDNS not work.
I can concur with build 17709 for the Data Center edition that the DNS client does not perform a dynamic DNS update. I ran a network trace and the DNS client does not attempt a DNS registration for DHCP nor static IP addresses.
