Can a CSP Direct partner Authorize idirect resellers to create new Azure subscriptions that will then be billed under the customers CSP Account. Billing going to partner and Indirect customer receives invoices from their partner. OR That customer can create New Azure subscription where the customer would have to Accept another MCA and supply a credit card (MOSP Azure Plan Direct only?
