I can confirm this still occurs even on the newer versions. We’re essentially frozen on a release from June 2022 until this issue is resolved. We have a mix of machines. Some using integrated intel graphics 8th or 9th gen core i3/i5, some using GeForce 210 or 710. We’re using VGA and DVI outputs on the machines to the monitors. No consistency to which machines are experiencing the issue. Since deploying version 1.2.3401 across our machines, people with dual monitors are complaining that the second screen flashes black every 30 seconds or so. The cursor can still be seen on the display whilst it is black for a few seconds. We're rolling those users back to an earlier version from June (1.2.3213) as this was the previous version most users had and the issue does not occur. It doesn't affect all users, and I cannot find any consistency whether they using discreate graphics card, or integrated graphics, nor is there appearing to be any pattern with monitor, resolution or DPI settings. The blinking/flashing black doesn't occur if the remote session is minimized and the user is on their own desktop. I’d want the policy “ Configure whether a user always has a default profile automatically signed in with their work or school account” to be enabled. I'm also finding that this profile is not working. Users should be signed in with their Work account (AAD) but instead a "Profile 1" is created that is not signed in. If I used the BrowserSignIn policy and set it to 2 "Force users to sign-in to use the browser" it will display a prompt asking users to sign in. I want it to autofill and I want it to save passwords so I’m not turning those off. I’ve cleared UserVoice from saved passwords and it just offered to save new credentials with my idea title as the user name. As you can see, auto fill is turned off on the particular text fields. Password fill issues on 80.0.361.48
Since updating to Beta 80.0.361.48, I've noticed some sites such as UserVoice are now prefilling my logon name in to form fields that are not the logon name. When I submit the form, it asks me if I want to save my new credentials. I don't want to clear the credentials but I'm finding it annoying that UserVoice specifically starts looking for suggestions with my logon name in them as soon as the page loads. The field on Uservoice is NOT called anything remotely like user name or logon name etc and it only started since I updated the beta build version. It is not doing it on the live build. The GPO method fixes it for a new logon to that PC. So the primary profile is the correct user@domain.com logon. But not fixed it yet on my primary PC with an established local profile. We are finding that the user signs in automatically with domain\username rather than user@domain.com and you have to create a second profile to get sign in to work and sync to happen.
