There are some features that are not currently available as you mention, and we're working to bring many of them back as soon as we can. Since Page summarization in Copilot in the Edge sidebar is not available today, your users can upload the PDF using the paperclip icon in the prompt box and ask Copilot to read/summarize that way.Re: Updates to Microsoft Copilot to bring enterprise data protection to more organizations

osionjet Prompts and responses are covered by EDP which means that they stay within the service boundary and are logged there with Microsoft acting as the data processor. With CDP previously, we made a commitment to not store prompts and responses because the processing was done through Bing service centers. With EDP, the prompts and responses are in the customer's control and chat history is available now since prompts and responses are logged within the boundary. Admins have the option to set retention policies if they would like to delete the prompts and responses.Re: Updates to Microsoft Copilot to bring enterprise data protection to more organizations
JonKilner Thank you for your question about requiring enterprise data protection. With the updates coming to Microsoft Copilot in mid-September, enterprise data protection will apply when the user signs in with their Entra account. We encourage you to pin Copilot in the Microsoft 365 app, Outlook and Teams as they will be able to access Copilot with EDP from those apps when signed in with their Entra account. They can also sign in to microsoft.com/copilot with their Entra account to for the updated Copilot experience for work or school. If they try to sign in to copilot.microsoft.com or bing.com/chat with their Entra account they will be directed automatically to the new experience. We recommend informing your users to either use the pinned Copilot (if the admin or user has pinned it) or micosoft.com/copilot instead of copilot.microsoft.com or bing.com/chat.
