Why I can't see content in TITLE tag when mouse hover?
当我使用Microsoft Edge 110.0.1556.0 (正式版本) dev (64 位) 时，光标悬浮在拥有“title”标签的文本时，无法在光标位置显示悬浮提示；而使用火狐浏览器，或者Edge 版本 108.0.1462.54 (正式版本) (64 位)就没有这个问题。 有人知道这是为什么吗？ When I use Microsoft Edge 110.0.1556.0 (正式版本) dev (64 位) and hover mouse on content with "title" tag, I can't see the tip. But the "title" tag works well on Microsoft Edge 108.0.1462.54 and on Firefox 102.5.0.
