Windows Application Guard Auto Starting bug
For a few months now, no matter what channel I try Windows Defender Application Guard has been borked for me. When I enable it, everytime I open Edge it also opens up an Application guard window. Even if I hit the x while it is trying to load up it will just try to load up again. Restarted computer, doesnt help. Uninstalled and reinstalled Edge builds, and didn't help and un-enabled and re-enabled Application guard to no affect. Anyone else having issues with this?1KViews0likes1CommentRe: Edge deletes Edge
tomscharbach No I get you but it would have been nice to let us testers know that it was happening is some build note or blog. Also the article isn't entirely correct either. It says it was pushed by cumulative update build on the release preview .266 where as i was on .264. So somehow Microsoft managed to do it behind the scenes.4KViews0likes1CommentRe: Edge deletes Edge
CodeDJ Really would have been nice to point this happening though. I had figured that was what it was but figured it was to early to start. Assumed they would wait at least till beta flighting to do this. Thanks for the share though. I see it mentions release preview which is exactly what I am on.4KViews0likes4CommentsEdge deletes Edge
After being updated to the new Dev build 77.0.223.0 any other trace of the old Edge has disappeared in the start menu as well as in search. It still shows its installed via Settings-App. The only way I could start it was by changing the Default Apps back to old edge and clicking a link leading to the internet from settings app. Is this intentional?Solved5KViews0likes20Comments- 2.9KViews0likes0Comments

So I have had the flag set to IE mode for the past week and everytime i clicked it, it said I need admin privileges, well now that it is supposedly working I know longer have the setting in more tools to click, with it being enabled. Have unenabled and renabled uninstalled and reinstalled and its just missing.Solved3.4KViews1like13Comments
