Word application printing issue
Hello Team, High priority: Please help the customer with printing issue. While printing from Word application( Microsoft 365 subscription). Word version: MSO (Version 2408 Build 16.0.17928.20114) 64-bit Main issue: While printing getting blank space on the bottom and right-hand side with all the documents. Troubleshooting performed: >>Changed the printer settings to default >>Re-added the printer. >>Created new Word document and tested >>Reinstalled the Office applications. >>Tried with Word and Excel application- same issue. >>Please check for the on going issues while printing from Word and Excel. Customer was able to print from old printer and issue happening with new printing Mentioning the printer detaisl below: Uploaded the picture HP ENVY Inspire 7900 series PCL-3 Regards Microsoft support team.
