BNano Thanks for taking the time to report on your experience and a fix. In my question, I did not fully cover my experience. I was having trouble with both Zoom and Teams on my Dell E7450. However, I was also having trouble running a full scan with Norton 360. I could run quick scans but not the full scan without shutting down during the scan. Now, by setting the processor power management to 98%, full scan is working fine. I think the Norton test is good evidence and more certain than using Zoom or Teams, which may sometimes work and fail at other times. I had run support assist to ensure my laptop was up to date on drivers and bios and did everything else short of dancing around the room three times flapping my arms but was still having shutdowns before using the 98% fix.2.6KViews0likes0Comments
