JamesnBond007 First to clarify what I mentioned in my first reply in this thread, that my case is with an Evolve2 40 UC wired. Second is that here we have a typical blame game between two vendors and the poor customer in the middle. Jabra's response is that it was originally working but after a Teams update it doesn't. So blame MS, not us (The fact is that when I join Zoom calls the boom arm behaves as it should). MS on the other side is too big to spend time on the issue. It's simply not on their priorities. Question: so what does the customer do? Try to find a solution in forums or else tough luck. If I send the headset back to Jabra, I will have to also think of a solid justification so as to ask for a refund. Which right now I cannot. Same here but with a Jabra Evolve2 40 UC wired. Boom arm was syncing fine with Teams mute button. After a Teams update (current version: 23272.2707.2453.769) the sync suddenly stopped. I checked with another laptop running on Win 10 with earlier Teams version and the boom arm syncs just fine. Which I believe clearly shows the root cause. A job well done MS! The problem is that I bought a headset for my work and out of the blue a very useful feature doesn't function. On the other hand, Jabra support says to contact MS (convenient indeed).12KViews0likes4Comments
