Hi Gordon, Tx for the clear answers! There are indeed perhaps better/faster solutions to obtain this, but there is nothing wrong with your approach. The process you describe is a perfect solution for your use case, since a more automated way is overkill for this one-time task. Exporting your data into a new .pst file, copy it over (USB / netwerk / ...) and then either: - import the files into your colleagues mailbox, or - add the .pst file as a second data file onto her account (depend on whether the colleague needs to access your mail via web or not; or on the size of the mailbox; the size of your data; ....) Hi, I'm sorry for not being clear enough. By re-configuring your email account on your iOS device, latest authentication method (OAuth 2.0 = more secure) will be used IF your device supports this. If you have iOS 11.0 or higher, all should be OK. To check which iOS version your iPhone is running, follow these steps: Open Settings. Scroll down and tap General. Tap About. Look for the number next to "Software version" Sadly, I don't have an iOS myself so can't provide you with any screenshots. Basically, MSFT stops supporting 'basic authentication'. The latest versions of Outlook, Apple Mail, and Thunderbird will all support these changes, so this will largely affect any app that hasn’t been updated to support “Modern Auth". How are the mails being encrypted? Microsoft Purview Message Encryption? Is this only happening for this one user, or is it reproduceable for all users? If so, looks likes something is wrong with the implementation/configuration of the encryption. With these actions done, it looks like the email hasn't been delivered at all; With a support case at MSFT, an engineer can get you the information if the email was delivered or not. Senders SMTP logs are not needed to find out if the email from a specific sender has arrived at your inbox (or not). You mention both the App and the web solution; Is the issue also happening with the local app closed? (trying to find out if it's related to outlook app or outlook web) FYI, I've solved a similar case where the contact was (accidentally) blocked on the iPhone (I believe it was in the standard Mail app) of the client. Is that person sending to your private email address or your personal? Personally, I would create (as a test) 2 new Outlook profiles; 1 for each account and investigate further with these results.1.3KViews0likes10Comments
