I have several worksheets in 1 excel book that i have separating different information. I supervise a call center that services 16 different counties broken down into 14 different departments. On each sheet (see below under County) i have a column that drops down to select one of the 16 different counties. in the next 14 columns I have headings for the 14 different departments. I'm needing a formula to calculate how many people called per county and per department. This book is for each day of the month. Example: I'm needing a total of how many people in Muscogee called for EH, and DCS and all the other titles across the top then total up the entire month. Can someone please assist me with this.
