Mail classified as Junk
Hi, I have a setup as follows: I have one main account mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons, with an alias mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons. This all works corectly, and is setup with a custom domain. Now I'm trying to receive mai from a form on my website, which get's send through an smtp service, where I have configured SPF records. I do receive the e-mail that is sent via the SMTP service in my mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons but it is classified as Junk. When I try to explicityly set @mydomain.com or mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons as a safe sender, the changes I added to outlook settings (in the webmail client) disappear once I reopen the junk mail settings. How can I make sure emai that is sent via the smtp service to mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons does not end up in Junk? Thanks, Justin724Views0likes2Comments
