If you're just starting out, don't worry about it too much. The most important of doing IT helpdesk is asking questions to understand what the "actual" problem is the user is facing. I've experienced this a couple of times in the past due to bad wifi connectivity. There's not much that can be done other than wait 72 hours and try from a wired or more stable connection. Does anyone know how to get this to completed?
