manoth_msft actually those 134 computers had installation of O365 and users had Business Premium License's. We have recently migrated to perpetual licenses and Business Basic. Some Devices are not present at Inventory https://config.office.com Out of 270 devices I have only 134 present at the inventory section. Upon troubleshooting i have discovered that the key is missing on problematic machines "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\cloud\office\16.0\Common\officesvcmanager" All the computers have the same Office 2021 Pro Plus (retail) and all users have same O365 License which is Business Basic. What am I missing here? Maybe manoth_msft can help?Solved
