Using Defender for Endpoint Console in a Incognito or InPrivate browser
We utilize secondary IDs for admin accounts and these are launched from a Privileged Access Manager (PAM) console that opens an Incognito or InPrivate browser window, enters credentials, and then the user is MFA's for this privileged account. The slight issue is that the Defender for Endpoint puts up a Meet your improved security center splash screen, even if you X out the box, it does the tour prompts, and then lands you at the Welcome to Microsoft 365 Defender intro page. These steps are repeated over and over each time the user access Defender for Endpoint. I believe this wouldn't be the case if this was done from the standard browser as it would put cookies? capturing these and not bothering the user again. Is there anyway to remove these from the process? Other consoles do not seem to have this issue. admin.microsoft.com, portal.azure.com, intune.microsoft.com997Views0likes0CommentsURL to List Teams Sites a User has access to?
Hi, I am an IT Architect and we are looking for a method for providing users quick access to the various Team Sites that they might have access to. We provide a Common IE folder across all machines where we put URL links to Workgroup and Enterprise applications. This is relatively a short list of web based applications that are common to a medium to large group of people. For example, Service Desk Link, Finance Link, Intranet Link, Document Management Link, HR Link. A request has now come in to add a specific Team Site link to this list. Since there are multiple Team Sites, with varied from 5 - 100 users per Team Site, adding a link for 2800 computers to a given Team Site that only 20 people need is not realistic. What would be interesting is a URL that would take the user to a list of Team Sites they have access to. This would then be beneficial to everyone who is a member of a Team Site without adding and removing links to specific Team Sites. Is there a URL or something that can be crafted that would accomplish this within our SharePoint site?1.5KViews0likes2Comments
