Solved: "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?"
I try to run cmd in administrator mode, but I can't select yes on the question "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?". I got following information from cmd (not Admistrator mode). If I have understand from the "youtube" videos, the Account activation is possible when the cmd is executed in Administrator mode. How to fix this issue?
