I would like to see support for Xerox User Account Code to be added. This allows me to keep track of how many prints is being done and from who it is coming from.
This has been such an issue at our organization due to not being able to limit how much one can print. Resulting us going way over our paper budget.

This scenario can be enabled through 3rd party solutions built to integrate with Universal Print. For example, Xerox can use Microsoft APIs to enable the solution with Universal Print.
The Xerox User Accounting Code is needed to keep track and limit how many pages a user could print. Also, keeps users that does not have access to print from printing. This is normally done by having the user type a code assigned to the user after clicking print (shown in the picture)
This feature is provided through Xerox's printer driver, but due to the Universal Print, the prompt does not pass through to the PC the user is printing from.
We are working on a way for admins to track print quotas. However, it's not based on the Xerox User Code. What about the Xerox User Code do you find useful and would like to see in the solution that is provided by Universal Print?
