Enterprises small and large support and use printers that include advanced functionality: Scan, collate, staple, etc. and expect to maintain that functionality if they're considering moving to Universal Print. UP should support most (not necessarily all) complex and advanced functions found in most organizations. (not necessarily thinking about toner levels and such as seen in HP Office Jet and DeskJet lines)
