Focus bug in the "Search the community" textbox

I'm seeing a strange bug with the "Search the community" textbox in the grey bar at the top of the page. If I click in there to type and then move the mouse pointer outside the textbox, it immediately loses focus. I have to make sure to keep the mouse pointer within the bounds of the text box to actually type in it. I'm seeing this behavior in Chrome and Edge.
