Happy Friday, MTC! Apologies for the late recap today. All hands are on deck getting ready for Microsoft Ignite next week, so let’s go ahead and jump into our weekly recap, shall we?

MTC Moments of the Week

This week, our MTC Member of the Week spotlight is on @Stefan_Blom! Stefan has been a Microsoft Word MVP since 2005 and is also a top contributor in the Microsoft Support Community. Keep being awesome, Stefan!

We had two events in the MTC this week. The first was an AMA about Microsoft Entra Verified ID, which became available last month. For this session, we had Entra experts @Matthijs Hoekstra, @Rohit_Gulati, and @AnkurPatel answering questions, so check it out and let us know what topics you’d like to see them team cover in future Entra AMAs.

We also had a new episode of Unpacking endpoint management with @Steve Thomas (GLADIATOR) and @Danny Guillory. This week’s episode featured a round table of Endpoint Management Microsoft MVPs to share tips and proven practices in the field. Be sure to check it out!

Over on the blogs, we have tons of great blogs to guide you as we head into Ignite next week, including:

Be on the lookout next week for a Ignite “live feed” where we’ll be putting all the blogs and community resources from each day of Ignite!

Unanswered Questions - Can you help them out?

Every week, users come to the MTC seeking guidance or technical support for their Microsoft solutions, and we want to help highlight a few of these each week in the hopes of getting these questions answered by our amazing community!

In the Office 365 forum, @Wdempsey is seeking suggestions for how to recover a user’s deleted files.

Meanwhile in the Intune forum, @rcequinox is looking for answers what might be causing this error with Windows Hello biometrics after upgrading to Windows 11.

Next Week in Events – Mark Your Calendars!

We are taking a break from Tech Community events next week to focus on Microsoft Ignite! Check back next Friday for a rundown of all the post-Ignite events and get your lingering questions answered!

And lastly, for your end-of-the-week fun fact… On this day in 1916, what is considered the most lopsided game in American college football history was played at Grant Field in Atlanta, Georgia. The game was between the Georgia Tech Engineers and Cumberland College Bulldogs, and the final score was Georgia Tech 222 – Cumberland ZERO. What a game! :o

That's all for this week! Have a great weekend, everyone!
