System Center Clients grayed with X(Offline)

Hi,

After Upgrading sccm from 1606 to 1706 , I'm facing a challenge where, all clients are offline. Can anyone please help?.

I believe this has already been resolved on its own. It would usually take some time to sync again with all the clients. Also, make sure your settings are turned on to "Upgrade" the client on your devices to avoid any issues between the Site and the clients.
