SCSM 2016 advanced operator cant see TASK on their console (remote) but see OK on SCSM Server.

Hi, as subject says thats my issue. Some operator dont have TASK on their console to for example mark a manual activity as completed, but if you connect the same operator on managemet server (local console on SCSM server) operator can see all TASK normally. Tried starttrace.cmd but i dont know what to look for. I must to say this situation dont affect to every user. Any light on this will be appreciated.
