Assets and Compliance Remove Wifi Profile

When some one deletes the deployment of a wifi profile from the Company Resource Access under Assets and Compliance does it remove access to wifi. i.e. We pushed and xml file our for wifi but want to change the way its pushed to our end users now. Typically with packages and app you can delete the deployment without deleting the software.
