I have been in the IT industry since 2004 and joined Microsoft in 2007 as a online support engineer.
My job is mainly focus on supporting out customer about Windows Server system via TechNet forum platform. I'd like to co-operate with all the specialists here to give our customers and partners with valuable information on DFS-R, SAN, SMB and Windows Server Backup.
In my spare time, I enjoy swimming and playing basketball ball, however play not so good :)
