The SQL Server 2016 SP2 CU7 + GDR is now available for download at the Microsoft Download Center and Microsoft Update Catalog sites. This package cumulatively includes all servicing fixes from SQL Server 2016 SP2 through SQL Server 2016 SP2 CU7 plus it includes a new security fix for SQL Server Engine.
