Creating/Managing multiple Skype or MS accounts
I currently manage an assisted living facility and we have quite a few surfaces and ipads floating around. Right now we are using them to assist our residents with Skype calls to family members. Because we have multiple devices, and sessions running at the same time, we had to create separate Ids for each device. However managing them has been difficult since whenever we need to access and authenticate the account, we need to use a different cell/text number. I can setup aliases on the exchange server for different email addresses forward to my own, but I only have one or two cell phones for 2FA, and I've been locked out a few times.
So what the CORRECT way of using Skype and (other MS features) without pretending to be a different person with different emails and cells. Should I be looking at Skype for Business, where I can add and say 10 manage IDs. Apple allows this and its been great.
Also, I have an exchange Server and use on prem Office 2019, so Office 365 wouldn't really help as it would be way to expensive. Is there any other MS program to create managed MS accounts for just Skype or say OneDrive or individual Store apps like games?
