SfB Audio hijacking?

Since we started our teams migration pilot, I've had reports (and personal experience) of an audio hijacking issue related to SfB.
If a machine has SfB and Teams installed and running, SfB has a tendency to hijack the audio controls and deny access by other meeting tools like Teams and WebEx. When SfB is exited, the controls are released for use by the other apps.
Has anyone else seen this? 
We're on O365 for all apps; no on-prem services

    mapp-alan We've seen this behavior too, with Teams message 'the audio controls are not available right now.'    We're also O365, with Teams in Islands mode.

     

    I put a ticket with MS support a few months ago, their solution was "don't run SfB at the same time as Teams'  ;^/
