About missed call flied on Skype for Business Windows Client
Hi,
I have some questions about Skype for Business windows client voice call features; the background of the issue – I have deployed an on-premise server in customer site and included the enterprise voice features, when I am testing the voice call, I found that when we have new inbound call to user and the user have not pick up that call, after ringing are expired, the call record will show in ‘ALL’/’CALLS’ field instead of ‘MISSED’ field.
I have some question about:
- The call log shown as inbound call and not in “MISSED” is a software bug or expected result?
- Which call action will be define as a “MISSED” call?
