What is the Replacement for Document Center in SharePoint Online modern feature?

Do we have a site template which is a substitute for Document Center in modern features? My client is not gonna use classic sharepoint features, but they would like to incorporate those classic feature templates in modern features. I was able to export the classic project site template to modern team site using powershell PnP. But the three of the classic templates are not able to be exported, like document center, community site and enterprise wiki.
