SP 2013 Workflow

Hi all, I am new to SharePoint and I want to install iLove SharePoint workflow actions to call Web Service and Get Parent Folder. Can anyone explain how the custom workflow action can be added using SharePoint Designer 2013?

    Custom actions are not added through SharePoint Designer, you have to deploy them either as Full Trus Solution or as a sandbox one
