Sharepoint online - Default Hyperlink in a list/form

Hello I have a SharePoint List

A user clicks new item and fills in the list like a form

One Column is 'Training Material'. Is it possible for this column to have a default Hyperlink value that would send the user to somewhere else on my SharePoint site?

Maybe via Powerapps?

hi @testio2 is this column value always the same or it changes depending some parameters?
