I think your best starting point is Microsoft's SharePoint Framework Developer Training Package. It was updated quite recently:

It's a good list to follow. and there is a lot of link which are easy to follow.

I have another (the last) question about "Branding" Modern Site in SharePoint.

I would like to know if there is someting similar the link that you've sent to me, which is "teaching" you how to customize the modern site layout through JSON formatter.

I've already looked some links but they only talk about formatting views, list and libraries columns, and themes. I would like to know if it is possible to do this also for the navigation menus, means change their position rather than their design and layout. I'd need video and materials (test, image, ppt) tutorials easy-to-understand (I don't have a lot of experience, so I prefer things explained very simply - as the link above)
