Page permissions are changed when I edit List permissions

I created a list, stopped inheriting permissions, and edited the list permissions; however, the page permissions were edited also. I am uncertain why this is happening. I haven't run into this before. Any suggestions are welcome.

have you more informations or printscreens? With this text, it's not possible to analyse your issue...
