I have a URL that has nonASCII safe Characters. The characters are ‘#!’ and the encoding is ‘%23%21’. SharePoint will not honor the encoding correctly when it publishes. The result is like this ‘%23%21’ = ‘/#!/#%21/’. Does anyone know how to get this to work properly?
