Multilingual in SPFx webpart in SharePoint Online

Dear Team,

I have created SPFx webpart and deployed it on SharePoint online, After deployment  we want to update current user culture using pnp but showing error "pnp is not defined" but when we not deploy SPFx webpart current user culture update successfully.

Please help  on this.
