How to Connect to ADFS sharepoint on prem using C#

I am trying to connect to Sharepoint 2016 On-prem ADFS enabled using C#. I need retrieve lists items. Anyone send me code to establish the connection, I will take care of remaining part. I am not Sharepoint developer. Thanks
