Given a SPFx extension, where is the description for the details page set?

I've got an SPFx extension that I'd like to have some useful information to display when the app details are displayed in SPO.  

 

I've populated the description property o the feature in config/package-solution.json but it doesn't appear in SPO.  Everything else about the extension is working.
