Get AD groupname of login user in sharepoint online

Hi,

I have number of users belong to different differnt Active directory(AD) groups as bellow and this AD group information:-

TCS_Vendor

IBM_Vendor

Microsoft_Vendor

when your accessing to sharepoint page and view List, I want to know user belong to which Group and filter list accordingly, so user belong to particular AD group can see only list item correspond to that group.each list Item have colum ->ADgroupname to get ADgroup of users.

I want to show list items of user's group only and want to restrict him to see other group list item.

Can I filter list using user's AD group and can I able to access AD group information?

can i use Current user filter webpart in office online to complete this task or is there any other way?
