Field Customizer Extension

Hi All,

I need a help, i need to associate hyperlink to custom sharepoint list column values.

I have a multi line of text column i.e EquipmentNo having values 1000s of equipment like 617883,527686,288698...

Using field customizer extension, i need to associate hyperlinks (i.e. url of search page with query string) with these comma separated equipment numbers.

Please help, it is a urgent task for me.
