Custom display and hover panel SP 2016

Hello!

 

 I am now attempting to add a check out menu item to the hover panel of a search result. Ideally It should check to see if it is checked out and change display from "Check out" to "Check in" if checked out already.

 

I have looked for the tag for this and have not found it... I have seen and understand:

Srch.Res.hp_Send

Srch.Res.hp_Follow

Srch.Res.hp_Post

 

but do not know where the system is getting those classes from as I see no $Include in the javascript

    To make it more clear I would like the exact functionality of the Drop down menu in the library view for .../Advanced/Check Out
