Create Office 365 Developer tenant
I am trying to create development tenant but I received above message via email. Does anyone else get the same message? Any suggestion?

As the tenant are probably half precreated and then on request configured, you would expect that the number of available tenants is something that can be monitored so that more tenants are created before we run out.
Having to wait for a couple of days for a tenant isn't really great when you have a project waiting.
Still is still not working. Microsoft, is there any update on when new development tenants can be created again. A couple of days outage can be acceptable, but this is getting silly.
