Cannot delete a folder

I cannot delete this file from a library.

How to override and delete, or how to identify the user who has it opened?

    DhanasekarKD One of the following three suggestions might help you:

    • If it is a Word, Excel or PowerPoint file and you open the file, you should, in the top right corner, see who else has the file open.
    • Check the version history of the file and see who last saved it.
    • If you know the file name and if you are an Administrator, you could use the Audit Log and search for the file there and see who worked / works with it.
