2147024891, System.UnauthorizedAccessException

I am working on a command set extension that is updating file metadata in sharepoint site but  getting access denied error when updating with the token acquired using spfx aadTokenProvider. The user has all the rights to update the metadata and from sharepoint ui he can manually change those fields value , but when trying with the token acquired, throwing access denied error.  For other clients its working fine, but i am getting error with a client account having MFA enabled.

Please help.
