At least one person needs to be assigned the role of Workplace Analytics Admin to complete the onboarding process. It is recommended that you have at least one person assigned Workplace Analytics Analyst to confirm that portal is live and is able to successfully see the data. In terms of maximum number of people per role, there is no limit imposed by Workplace Analytics. The number of analysts should be as many as your organization requires to perform data analysis.
