Unable to get the search results of Exchange mailboxes (Choose users,groups or teams) during content

Hello all,

I'm trying to create content for Inactive mailbox and observed that there are 0results when i try with the mailbox name or UPN.

Earlier it was working fine and when I try to create a new search I'm unable to get the results of mailboxes.

And initially here are few results which I can see but when I hit on search and try to search for any mailbox it is getting 0 results 😞 .

Could someone suggest what I need to do in this case and I'm having Global admin rights.

To search against an inactive mailbox, prefix the address with the "." character. Or at least that was the theory, it looks like currently all you need to do is enter the full email address, without the .
