They're working on it, havent announced any ETAs yet, afaik.

@Vasil Michev Is there any updates on this ? I too have a requirement to restrict Service principal access to a range of IP addresses

Nothing that can be shared publicly yet. Ignite is around the corner though, I'd expect to see some news there.
