phishing emails

The company I work for continuously get phishing emails from people claiming to be the CEO. They are simple text emails from different address such as mailto:email@mysprintwireless.onmicrosoft.com or mailto:kgregory@tenvisionllc.com. I am unsure how to prevent these from reaching my end users. Any assistance would be great.
